All NZ $ prices include GST.
Due to NZ bank regulations we are required to process all credit card transactions in NZ $ through our bank. This means that your credit card statement may show a slightly different amount to your order, due solely to any exchange rate difference that may occur within the banking system.

If necessary we reserve the right to choose an alternative item or flower to replace the one shown in illustration.

Product Replacement/Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with the freshness of our flowers, please contact us by phone at 0800 110 332, or send us a photo of the damaged product by email
to akflower@xtra.co.nz and we'll arrange either a product replacement or a refund for the full amount of your purchase.
